Principal’s Message

Dear Bubb Families,

We hope you had a great mid-winter break.  We were excited to hear about all the fun things that happened last week!  We have launched into trimester #3, and have many engaging and fun events planned.  Bubb is heading into a fruitful end of year.

Today we had Michael Katz visit our Bubb Cubs!  Our students had the opportunity to hear stories weaved together with visuals.  And our PTA supported Talent Show and Diversity Night are coming up in the next few weeks.  Be sure to look out for details on Konstella.

Please join us tonight in Room 16 for session #3 of Love and Logic with Mrs. Dyer.  In addition, we have collaborated with YMCA’s Project Cornerstone for upcoming Parent Universities. You can read more below.

In Community,

Principal Jung

Better Together: February

Black History Month provides MVWSD with a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the rich contributions and achievements of African Americans while fostering a deeper sense of community among our students, staff, and families. By learning about influential Black leaders, innovators, and community helpers - from local civil rights activists to Black educators, doctors, and entrepreneurs who shaped our neighborhood - students develop a broader understanding of how diverse voices and experiences have strengthened our community. Last week, the Board of Trustees passed a resolution honoring February as Black History Month. For more information about Better Together, visit mvwsd.org/BetterTogetherMVWSD.
